1. Payment and Service Delivery

2. No Refunds for Completed Work

Once a project has commenced and work has been completed per the project agreement, no refunds are offered. Our team dedicates time and resources to meeting your specific requirements.

3. Cancellation and Refunds for Unstarted Projects

• If you cancel within 3 days of signing the project agreement and no work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund of any upfront payment.
• If you cancel after work has begun, any refund is determined on a case-by-case basis based on work completed and costs incurred.

4. Changes to Project Scope

Requested changes or additions to the project scope may result in additional costs. All additional work and costs will be agreed upon in writing as an addendum to the project agreement.
